The technician app
The crew’s half of Helix is a phone app built for real field work. A tech opens it to see only their stops, gets directions to the site, clocks in, stamps time checkpoints as the job moves, adds photos and a signature, and writes notes right there on site. It all syncs back to the office as it happens.
