BAW International Inc. is a contracting company built by veterans. Founded by three close friends, Trevor Baker, Caleb Gatz, and Alfonso Pacheco, BAW was created with one mission: to deliver the reliability the government expects with the speed of a small business, precision, and pride.
Our background in military operations and supply chain management shaped our mindset. That’s what separates BAW from the rest. We don’t just meet requirements; we raise the standard.
As we grow, our focus stays the same: serve our clients, strengthen our country’s infrastructure, and prove that a focused, honest team can compete with anyone.
I joined the Air Force as a kid. Four and a half years in Security Forces, nuclear field security out of Cheyenne, Wyoming. I started BAW as I was getting out, because I wasn’t done giving back to the country that made me who I am. I just needed a civilian way to keep serving.
We’re fast, we’re reliable, and we’re independent. Every contract we take on gets our full devotion, because this company is our livelihood.
Before BAW I was a blue collar worker who spent his free time building websites and business systems for people starting companies. Trevor and I have been close since middle school, so when he brought me the vision for BAW, the trust was already there. I joined because I believed in him, and because I knew my skills in finance, technology, and business development could turn an idea into a real company.
What I care about is simple: help people, solve real problems, and build something that lasts. I want BAW to win work. I want it to stay a company built on trust, hard work, and strong relationships while it does.
